These classes are an extension for gymnast under the Recruits banner.
The expectations for these classes are higher as the gymnasts have the opportunity to perform at all our annual events and selected competitions throughout the year.
Our extension classes provide the opportunity for gymnasts to develop their ability from beyond a Recruits level including learning Technique, Elements, Gymnastic acrobatic moves and Performance skills.
The gymnasts also continue the FITKIDZ incentive Programme.
They can also participate in the programme just for fun and fitness with friends. AeroXTEND is an invitation only class where the students continue to progress to an elite level.
